Thank you for shopping with Muunara! We carefully prepare and check every order before it leaves us.

Order Checking & Processing

Before dispatch, every product is carefully double-checked by our team to make sure the correct product is being sent and that it is in suitable condition.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days, depending on order volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with the relevant delivery and tracking details.

Delivery Time

Delivery generally takes 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the payment method selected.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders above Rs. 4,900: Flat delivery charge of Rs. 400

  • Orders above Rs. 15,000: Free delivery

Shipping Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the relevant delivery or tracking details so you can keep track of your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully check products before dispatch. However, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or a product appears to be defective, please contact us on the same day of delivery and provide clear photographs or relevant video evidence.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to an issue covered by our policy, Muunara will replace the product at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

International Shipping

Muunara currently offers shipping within Sri Lanka only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
